Much Marcle Parish Council Meeting
Councillors are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting on
Wednesday 12th June 2019
7.30pm at Much Marcle Memorial Hall

1. Apologies for absence

2. To receive Declarations of Interest, Councillors are reminded of the need:-
a) To update their register of interests.
b) To declare any personal interests in items on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors may stay, take part and vote in the meeting)
c) To declare any prejudicial interests in items on the agenda. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a prejudicial interest)

3. Public Participation
Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than five minutes. Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman.

5. Ward Member Report
To receive a report from the Old Gore Ward Member.

6. Village Shop
To receive information from Village Shop Community group if available.

7. Councillor working Group
To consider categories and allocation of working groups for Parish Councillors

8. Neighbourhood Development Plan
To consider reviewing the NDP for new Councillors.

9. Smart Water Initiative
To consider the offer of a presentation from West Mercia Police on the Smart Water Initiative

10. Parish Council Website
To consider additions to the content of the website.

11. Previous Councillors
To consider a way to recognise the contribution of previous Parish Councillors.

To review the following planning applications.

Description Proposed erection of building for (a) storage of hay and farm machinery (agricultural) and (b) shelter and storage of horse drawn implements and equipment (equestrian).

12.2 To receive Planning decisions from Herefordshire Council.

13.1 Footpaths and Rights of Way
To receive information from the Footpath group.

13.2 To receive a report from the Highways group.

14. Financial items
14.1 To approve the Accounting Statements for 2018-19.

14.2 To approve the Annual Governance Statement

14.3 To approve the signing of the exemption certificate

14.4 To approve the list of invoices for payment.
