Much Marcle Parish Council Meeting
Councillors are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting on
Wednesday 17th July 2019
7.30pm at Much Marcle Memorial Hall
1. Apologies for absence
2. To receive Declarations of Interest, Councillors are reminded of the need:-
a) To update their register of interests.
b) To declare any personal interests in items on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors may stay, take part and vote in the meeting)
c) To declare any prejudicial interests in items on the agenda. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a prejudicial interest)
3. Public Participation
Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than five minutes. Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman.

6. Councillor working Group
To review the objectives from the Parish Councillors working groups.
7. Parish Noticeboards
To consider the situation of Parish Community Noticeboards.
8. Smart Water Initiative
To receive an update on the offer of a presentation from West Mercia Police on the Smart Water Initiative
To consider the HALC training courses schedule for Councillors.
10. Rushall Bus Stop
To consider the refurbishment of Rushall Bus Stop.
11.1 Planning Applications
To review the following planning applications.
a) Site Picketts Corner, Much Marcle, Ledbury, HR8 2NL
Description Erection of 3m x 2.4m stained timber garden tool store shed & 3m x 1.8m green aluminium framed greenhouse.

Description Hedgerow removal, to be reinstated approx. 3 metres further away from road (behind ditch).

Description A raised platform and treehouse/nature hide built around an oak tree and accessed by stairs. Retrospective.

To receive information from the Footpath group.
12.2 To receive a report from the Highways group.

13.1 To approve and adopt the summary of receipts and payments.
13.2 To approve the list of invoices for payment.

15. Matters to be raised for next meeting
Each Councillor is requested to use this opportunity to raise items for inclusion on future agendas. Councillors are respectfully reminded that this particular item is not an opportunity for debate or decision making.
