Much Marcle Parish Council Meeting
Councillors are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting on
Wednesday 9th October 2019
7.30pm at Much Marcle Memorial Hall

1. Apologies for absence

2. To receive Declarations of Interest, Councillors are reminded of the need:-
a) To update their register of interests.
b) To declare any personal interests in items on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors may stay, take part and vote in the meeting)
c) To declare any prejudicial interests in items on the agenda. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a prejudicial interest)

3. Smart Water
To receive a presentation from West Mercia Police on the Smart Water Initiative Scheme.

4. Public Participation
Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than five minutes. Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman. To include a report from the Ward member if available.

8. Parish Litter Pick
To receive an update date on the Autumn Parish Litter Pick

9. Core Strategy and Neighbourhood Planning review Workshop evening
To consider the invitation to attend a Core Strategy and Neighbourhood Planning review Workshop evening on Wednesday 6th November at the Shire Hall in Hereford between 16:30 and 18:30.

To review the following planning application.

a) Site Walwyn Court, Much Marcle, HR8 2LY
Description Proposed variation of condition 3 of Planning Permission. P150622/FH (Proposed detached garage with solar panels, workshop, boiler room and fuel store) – The garage hereby permitted shall only be used as an office, falling within Class B1(a) of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) or for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse. At no time shall it be converted to habitable accommodation. (Retrospective)

Description To build a dwarf wall on a concrete ring beam for a new greenhouse 1200 mm from field hedge boundary.

11.2 To receive a report from the Highways group including the application to the Community Commission Model for the line changes to Watery Lane Junction

12.1 To approve and adopt the Financial report as of the 30th September 2019
