Much Marcle Parish Council Meeting
Councillors are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting on
Wednesday 13th December 2017
7.30pm at Much Marcle Memorial Hall

1. Apologies for absence

2. To receive Declarations of Interest, Councillors are reminded of the need:-
a) To update their register of interests.
b) To declare any personal interests in items on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors may stay, take part and vote in the meeting)
c) To declare any prejudicial interests in items on the agenda. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a prejudicial interest)

3. Public Participation
Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than five minutes. Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman.

4. Minutes
To confirm the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on the 8th November 2017 as a correct record.

5. Ward Member Report
To receive a report from the Old Gore Ward Member, if available.

6. Neighbourhood Plan

6.1 To receive an update on the preparation for Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Development Plan and consider the approval of the final draft plan.

6.2 To approve the report from the Neighbourhood Plan Working Party meeting held on the 14th November 2017 and consider any recommendations contained there within.

7. Litter Bins
To further consider the installation of a litter bins in the village.

8. Glebe Orchard
To receive information on the alleged anti-social behaviour of a resident in Glebe Orchard and consider if any action is required.

Description Proposed demolition of existing outbuildings and proposed two storey side extension to provide ancillary living accommodation.

9.2 To receive Planning decisions from Herefordshire Council.

10. Highways

10.1 To further consider using Volunteers to help with unskilled highways issues.

10.2 To receive information on the parking issue at Much Marcle Village School after the school governors meeting.

10.3 To receive Highways Issues for reporting.

11. Financial items

11.1 To consider the Parish Council Budget and precept for 2018/19

11.2 To approve and adopt the summary of receipts and payments.

11.3 To approve the list of invoices for payment.
