Much Marcle Parish Council Meeting
Councillors are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting on
Wednesday 18th July 2018
7.30pm at Much Marcle Memorial Hall
1. To welcome the newly elected Councillor, Alison Hope and witness her Acceptance of Office
2. Apologies for absence
3. To receive Declarations of Interest, Councillors are reminded of the need:-
a) To update their register of interests.
b) To declare any personal interests in items on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors may stay, take part and vote in the meeting)
c) To declare any prejudicial interests in items on the agenda. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a prejudicial interest)
4. Public Participation
Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than five minutes. Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman.

6. Ward Member Report
To receive a report from the Old Gore Ward Member, (including to receive information from West Mercia Police concerning the anti-social behaviour of a resident in Glebe Orchard)
7. Neighbourhood Development Plan
7.1 To consider the dissolving of the NDP working Group.
7.2 To receive information on the Much Marcle Neighbourhood Development Plan referendum.
7.2 To review the offer of training for Councillors on the Much Marcle NDP.
8. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
To consider the NALC’s GDPR Toolkit and its implications for Councillors.
9. Roles and Responsibilities
To consider categories and allocation of roles for Parish Councillors.
To consider subscribing to HALC.
11. Website Security
11.1 To consider the recommendations put forward for a policy on the Parish Council Website security.
11.2 To consider promoting the restructured Parish Council website and its use as a valuable source of information for Parishioners.
12. Standing Orders
To review the Parish Council Standing Orders.
