Much Marcle Parish Council Meeting
Councillors are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting on
Wednesday 13th September 2017
7.30pm at Much Marcle Memorial Hall

1. Apologies for absence

2. To receive Declarations of Interest, Councillors are reminded of the need:-
a) To update their register of interests.
b) To declare any personal interests in items on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors may stay, take part and vote in the meeting)
c) To declare any prejudicial interests in items on the agenda. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a prejudicial interest)

3. Public Participation
Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda.  The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes.  Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than five minutes.  Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman.

4. Minutes
To confirm the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on the 19th July 2017 as a correct record.

5. Ward Member Report
To receive a report from the Old Gore Ward Member, if available.

6. Neighbourhood Plan
6.1 To receive a report from the Neighbourhood Plan Working Party representative on the current stage of the Neighbourhood Plan and consider any approval required.

6.2 To approve the reports from the Neighbourhood Plan Working Party meetings held on the 25th July and the 8th August 2017 and consider any recommendations contained there within.

7. Website
To receive information on the refurbishment of the Parish Council website and consider the appointment of a new website administrator.

9.2 To receive Highways Issues for reporting.

10.1 To approve and adopt the summary of receipts and payments.

10.2 To approve the list of invoices for payment.
